In 2023 I approached the Prague based sustainable boutique Minile, whether they’d be interested in collaborating on a limited collection of products made of my designs. They mostly make monochromatic pieces and wanted to offer some printed clothes to their customers so we started thinking about a custom pattern together.

We tried various different directions before they decided they wanted large scale abstract leaves made with the technique of linocut. In the end it was a two layer linocut that ended up being digitally printed onto linen and made into beautiful kimonos and shorts in various colorways.

Working with a more abstract design was really enjoyable and I especially love the effect of the huge format of the print.
